How do I apply to become a member?

We invite you to come to our vacation preview to understand more about our memberships which are catered to your travelling needs. Thereafter, you need to fill up an application form, attach the necessary supporting documents and make the deposit payment.

 

How much does a membership cost?

What other costs are associated with my membership?

Besides the cost of purchasing a Membership, all Members will be charged an annual maintenance fee.

 

Why it is difficult to get booking confirmed/replied?

Accommodations are subject to availability and members are always advised to plan ahead in order to get a booking confirmed. There are many who always like to travel during peak period, for instance during school holidays and festive seasons, therefore availability at that time will be limited and we encourage you to book early. In addition, we always encourage our members to provide alternative dates/destinations for us to help you get a confirmed booking.

All reservations are confirmed based on availability. Our response time are as follows:

Home-Based 3 Working Days
Local Affiliates 7 Working Days
Overseas Affiliates 14 Working Days

For home-based hotels/resorts, members can use our 24/7 reservation system at your convenience. Members will enjoy a 1 year window travelling period.

 

Is there any booking fee?

There is no booking fee to make reservations for any of our home-based properties.
