Terms & Conditions
1. General Overview
1.1
The programme is solely managed by Swiss-Garden International Vacation Club, and is hereinafter referred as SGIVC.Each eligible member whose application is approved by SGIVC is referred to hereinafter as a "Referrer". The person being referred by the "Referrer" is addressed as the "Referee".
1.2
The validity for this programme is effectively from 1 August 2010 to 31 October 2010.
1.3
SGIVC members shall apply to participate in the programme by returning to SGIVC a duly completed SGIVC Referral Rewards Programme Form or the “Form”.
1.4
Once the Form is received by SGIVC, each successful referral which is converted into a sale with a 30% down payment, will earn the member a free Apple Ipod Shuffle 2G.
2. Eligibility
2.1
ONLY SGIVC members may participate in this programme as a referrer. Being a referrer, you are only eligible to refer new or fresh leads, and not any of the existing SGIVC members to this programme. There is no limit to the number of leads, which the referrer can refer to the programme.
2.2
In cases whereby there are many successful referrals, the managements would also reserve the right to reward another prize equivalent in value to the entitlement.
3. The Programme
3.1
To participate in this programme, eligible SGIVC members must submit the original SGIVC Referral Rewards Programme FORM to Swiss-Garden International Vacation Club Berhad (SGIVC). By completing the form,member is deemed to have read and unconditionally accepted the Terms & Conditions governing the programme as setout herein.
3.2
All original Form must be completed in full, accurately and legibly.
3.3
The Management reserves the right to disqualified the entry should fraud is suspected and to reject any illegible submission.
3.4
You are required to fill up your name, membership number and contact number(s) in full.
3.5
It is compulsory to provide the referee's name as indicated in his/her identification card. Any other alternative names/abbreviation or in any other languages shall not be accepted.
3.6
All original Form are required to be submitted to the PR & Marketing Department and will be registered for record purposes, prior to the initiation of any contact by the Sales Department.
3.7
All names submitted will be screened to avoid any duplication, in the event where duplication occurs, members will be rewarded based on first-come- first-served basis manner.
3.8
The management reserves the right to mention referrer's name when the referees are contacted. All referrers must be made known to the referees.
3.9
The programme participants may be disqualified from participating in this programme if there is evidence of collusion against the Terms & Conditions stipulated in this programme.
3.10
Submitted referrals are valid for 30 days and should be converted within the same period. The rewards would be given to the eligible members within 30 days after the end of promotion.
4. SGIVC Referral Rewards Redemption
4.1
A minimum of 30% payment must be collected from the referee's based on the price agreed upon purchasing the membership and not on the prevailing membership's price.
4.2
The rewards earned in the programme is/are not exchangeable for cash and/or credit.
4.3
Upon redeeming the reward, the member releases SGIVC Berhad from all liabilities to the member or any guest in respect of the redemption or use of such reward in the programme. SGIVC Berhad bears no responsibility for the delivery, quality or otherwise of any goods and services received or supplied or the failure of a supplier to honor redemption or make a specific reward available. Any dispute concerning goods or services received as a reward under the programme shall be resolved between the member and the supplier which supplied the goods or services. SGIVC Berhad will bear no responsibility for resolving such disputes, or for the dispute itself.
4.4
The redemption requests, once accepted by SGIVC Berhad, may not be revoked, cancelled, returned or exchanged.
4.5
Information supplied with regards to the redemption may be used by SGIVC Berhad or the Service/Goods provider (supplier) for its administrative, public relations and marketing purposes.
5. General
5.1
The reward item listed are subject to availability, SGIVC Berhad reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, change or substitute the rewards at anytime with or without prior notice.
5.2
SGIVC reserves the right to alter or amend the Terms & Conditions outlined, or to discontinue the programme at any time without notice.
