Refurbishment Exercise in Swiss-Court Holiday Apartments
We are currently in the midst of conducting refurbishment exercise to all Timeshare Units in Swiss-Court Holiday Apartments.
Uploading Statement of Account & Statement of Entitlement
Please be informed that we are uploading the statement of account and statement of entitlement every quarterly onto the SGIVC website.
ENHANCEMENT OF PAYMENT FACILITIES EFFECTIVE 01 OCTOBER 2011
Effective from 1st October 2011, a unique “Reference Number” is needed when you make payment for your monthly installment and/or annual maintenance fee at Auto-Teller Machine (ATM) and/or Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) through Maybank.
Increment of Annual Maintenance Fee/Kenaikan Harga Yuran Penyelenggaraan Tahunan
With effective from 1st OCTOBER 2011, an increment will be imposed to the Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF) and it involves all account(s) which are due in October 2011 onwards.
Notification from our Affiliated Resort
Kindly take note that the Damai Beach Resort (Formerly known as Holiday Inn Resort Damai Beach Kuching) will no longer available for booking after March 2012 due to internal restructuring of our accommodation listing. We are constantly looking forward to provide new exciting destination and will update our members in due time.
Launderette Service in Swiss-Garden Residences!
We are pleased to announce the opening of the Self-Service Coin Operated Launderette effective from 23rd August 2011. It is located on level 6, next to Swimming Pool Changing Room and the operation hour will be from 8.00am to 10.00pm daily.

Increased of Service Tax
With effective from 01st January 2011, the service tax imposed for Annual Maintenance Fee will be 6% instead of 5%.
Revision of Walk-In-Rate
With effective from 1st January 2011, a revision of walk-in-rate will be from RM150 nett to RM170 nett at the following hotels...
