I was pretty excited when joining as travel is my passion and I always travel when I have the time. Therefore, even though I have heard many negative feedbacks on timeshares, but I still want to give it a try. My first destination with SGIVC was the home-based resort Swiss-Court Holiday Apartment. We chose this resort because my family and I were on our way back to our hometown in Kuala Kangsar, so a stopover at Swiss-Court would be nice to freshen up before continuing our journey to Kuala Kangsar. PARADISE ON EARTH Lim Boon Hoe You don’t have to journey far to experience this euphoria. My kind of holidays is a short break, probably a 3-night 4-day breakaway from the hustle and bustle of the city life to rejuvenate and to de-stress. It is a resort where all the facilities are made available from sumptuous food to the sea, sand, sound sleep and a solid workout. It is just a five hour leisurely drive from Seremban. You will drive through quaint towns when you take breaks off the highway. Heading north before you arrive at Sitiawan, you will view great sights of golden blooms of padi amidst miles and miles of rice fields. If luck is on your side you may just catch the storks taking a rest in their flights. Lush acres of coconut plantations that stretch into the horizon will greet you from afar. Having been an urbanite all my life, these are sights to behold, something money cannot buy and these memories are forever etched in my mind. Who says that you can only view paradise when you leave the earthly world? After crossing three architecturally engineered bridges there is a turnoff into my destination. The best has yet to come, as my drive ends in the heavenly hideaway, part Shangri la and part Santa land.
